why will ebay not help to return an item that is out of (the sellers) return date?...
I am talking about an item that didn't live up to all the promises I was given and failed miserably...
it is a rarely used item that was out of warranty before I even used it first time... now 6 times later and it is falling apart!
really not happy... what can I do? seller just says tough basically but I am so annoyed I was lied to!!

·1 week agoebay's deadline for claims is 30 days and they never change that. If it's less than 120 days try your payment provider.
