Tracking says delivered but not received.
Summary: stormwarrior83 ordered a DVD from eBay, but instead of receiving it, they got two unrelated packages which were marked as the delivery for the DVD. Even though the tracking says the DVD was delivered, it never arrived. Royal Mail has closed the case, and the seller is not responding. subminman suggested filing a claim for an item not as described, while cinnamon.tree recommended providing all evidence to eBay and considering a police report.
About 3 weeks ago i ordered a DVD from ebay (which I'll call Item A). One day I received two different packages (items B and C), which were photographed and used as the delivery photo for Item A. But Item A never arrived. I didn't think ebay would side with me as the tracking for Item A says delivered. So I've spent three weeks chasing royal mail up about it but they can't find it and say the matter is closed. The seller is ignoring me. Do i stand a chance of getting my money back? It was £29!

Generally, buying a ‘service’ on eBay is always doubtful. Give eBay another go, supply them with all the evidence you have. Then carry on with your police report. That’s all you can do.
