eBay has become so hard to talk to an agent making getting refunds ext difficult if not impossible I have had same issue twice I will no longer be using eBay they inadvertently protect dodgy scammers

路2 weeks agoseller not issuing legal return address even the Q read does not make sense with an address....so ebay likes the scammers

路2 weeks agoI dont experience that, help, chat bot ,ask for a human and they call back, usually within 3 minutes. just open a case

路2 weeks agoHave you ever read the ebay money back guarantee? It explains how you go about getting a refund. No contact with an agent is usually required.

路2 weeks agoYou haven't told us exactly why you need a refund, but as advised talking to eBay is not necessary.
Without any details we can't help you , but eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee, is written on every listing, and on the link below for you.
This explains the process for refunds when you don't receive your item, or you do, and it is not as described.
