The title says it all really. The seller (quite new) thought the auction would raise around £50, not the £11 I won and have paid. I pointed out that as he didn't have a reserve he must honour the sale i.e. you win some & lose some.... as I well know. I then got a message saying the items were 'mislaid'. I reported it to eBay and still awaiting a resolution.I'm presuming it'll end with a refund but I'll be watching for any sign of re-listing the 'lost' item but wonder if eBay would even be interested. He'll also end up getting a neg from me which will impact his account massively - wish he'd think it through a bit more - regretting not putting a reserve on or doing a BIN isn't worth a neg imo.
