Seller posted three items together, he cannot access my payment.
Hi there. I purchased three separate items from one seller. At my suggestion, with hindsight, stupidly, I suggested he package them together, which he did. I have received all three items, but ebay thinks he has only sent one, and will not release my payments to him. How do we resolve this please? Thank you, kind regards, Alan.

·1 month agoCan’t do anything. EBay won’t see the other two items as being sent. He’ll have to wait at least 14 days but will eventually get paid.
If you paid three separate postage costs, you should have received three parcels.
In future either checkout all items at the same time or ask the seller to cancel the orders and relist for you as one listing if possible.

·1 month agoI don't think you can do anything from your end,seller will probably have to wait 14 days to be paid,maybe longer depending on value and seller's sales record.
