Seller failed to complete..
I just won an auction for three second hand radiators. The seller has cancelled the sale as the items are 'out of stock'..
I guess my maiden bid was too low for him.. He didn't put on a reserve price, so my bid was a legitimate win.

Thank you for your post.
This isn't the experience we want our buyers to have with sellers. They should commit to the sale. However as much as we would like to we don't have a way of forcing the seller to sell the items to you. I appreciate it doesn't help in your current situation but cancelling the transaction for out of stock does get recorded on their account which can lead to selling restrictions or limitations to stop that type of behaviour.
