returns funko pops
Summary: shazfunkomania discussed difficulties with returning damaged Funko Pop items on eBay, having received them improperly packaged and crushed. They described concerns over receiving a warning from eBay for potentially abusing the return process despite sending pictorial evidence of damage. *vyolla* inquired about the specific eBay message and the reason selected for the returns, with shazfunkomania explaining the issue stems from selecting 'Arrived damaged' and 'Not as described' as reasons.
Im asking to return more than i should acording to ebay i collect funko pops i had 3 come yesterday in a shoe box nothing else so they obviously got crushed i paid 57 pounds im not keeping that so put in a return not a refund a return then a refund. This is happening a lot not wrapping the pops or getting them in plastic bags. I got a warning of ebay even though i send pictures of crushed funko pops,
It means i cannot buy anymore incase they come damaged i might get kicked of ebay even though i been on here over 20 yrs and a good seller who perfectly wraps pops with no returns.
I cannot waste good money on squashed pops and have to keep them.

·3 weeks agoI have had the same problem, I have returned x2 items this year. Both were settled amicably and in my favour. Now suddenly somebody at Ebay has me marked down as a problem buyer and I have been sent what amounts to a "cease and desist". I often keep things I could in theory have returned owing to them not being in the promised condition! This email gives me a quandary as to whether I only buy from sellers who I have had a good experience with prior to this email, which limits me to what I can buy or I badger potential sellers as to guarantees of how they ship their goods which I find annoying when I get asked! Alternatively I stop buying on here altogether.

What reason are you selecting for the return, are you selecting 'Arrived damaged'?
