Returned item
I purchased a car window winder, which unfortunately did not fit.
Contacted seller who gave me address details to return item. I did
so at my expense via recorded delivery. They received item 3 days later.
On Ebay its asking me to mark item as sent on returns, but i cannot find
that anywhere. Ebay has sent me a returns label, but cannot use it as item
has already been returned.
Where do I find somewhere to mark as already returned??

·1 week agoFor next time, if they are a business seller or private seller who accepts returns, go through the Ebay returns process so everything is tracked and your refund will be automatically paid to you.

OP1 week agoyes I will. This was 1st time I returned anything, and didn't know the process

It's concerning that the seller has not already refunded as they have the item back.
