Request for Refund on Unordered Item
Anybody have an idea how to get money back for an item I didn't order? Have item on my credit card bill which is not one of my order numbers and does not appear in my ordered items list.
"Help" desk just seems to be a pre programmed unit which tries to blame everybody but ebay, Obviously I am just being charged for somebody else's order, a simple mistake but one that seems
impossible to remedy.

·2 weeks agoIf you don't recognise the transaction then the first thing that you need to do is report it to your Card Issuer so that they can put a block on the card. They can then file a Chargeback on your behalf if necessary.
