Request for refund after item not delivered
Summary: abi_369188 is experiencing difficulties with an item ordered from the UK to Hong Kong, expected by September 14, but has not received updates or a response from the seller. They expressed frustration with eBay's guarantee process and lack of helpful responses from customer support. fargvs and sml192 advised them to open a case either through the Hong Kong registered site or the UK site, depending on where they logged in during purchase, to seek resolution.
Item expected to arrive by 14 Sept , ordered on 23 Aug from uk to HK. So far there is not update after a couple follow up from seller. What is this 30 days guarantee by eBay is it legit? I tried applying for eBay to be involved but it just displayed “if seller doesn’t reply by 19 Sept we will get involved” . There is no refund button whatsoever and I tried 3 agents in help chat they all just rushing to leave and said will email me the conversation history and solution - it’s 19th sept now. No one followed up, dead silence from seller as well.
