Refunding a cancelled order, 'amount you owe'?
The details of a refund/cancellation of an item says that I, as the seller, owe the buyer who cancelled the amount from my own ebay funds. However, the payment hadn't arrived in my funds yet. So where do I get that money from to repay them?

OP3 weeks agoWhat if I dont have that amount available in my bank account? Surely the fee just 'floats' between pending and withdrawn in an account like if you cancel any other order online?

·3 weeks agoIt’s just how eBay deal with it. You do actually get paid but you have to refund first. Annoying way of doing it! But eventually, you end up even.
