Received refund but item turned up 3 weeks later how to refund back
Hi,
Item didn’t arrive and was stationary with in post for 3 weeks and the seller refunded me.
But now the item got delivered so how can I refund back to the seller?
Paid with card registered to my account.

·1 month agoIf the tracking on eBay now shows as delivered and it is within 30 days of you being refunded then eBay does now have a policy whereby sellers are automatically reimbursed, at no cost to you, if the item was sent using a fracked method purchased through eBay. Also, if the item was sent using Simple Delivery then you should have been refunded by eBay at no cost to the seller anyway.
As already advised, you need to contact the seller to find out the current status and if necessary repay them via bank transfer, PayPal, or cheque as there is no facility to repay through eBay.

·1 month agoGenerally speaking - the easiest way is to reach out to the seller directly to advise how best to do this. ebay won't help you directly.
