I purchased a coach bag which I have now found out is fake I have contacted the seller and they have offered a refund through pay pal which I don’t have how can I get my money back I thought I was safe use in EBay

·Sep 18, 2026 at 7:02 AMIt is safe to buy from eBay but for goods which may turn out to be fake, always best to check the authenticity on receipt, as you have 30 days from the item's last estimated date for delivery to claim a full refund if you do receive a fake item.
Payment providers, usually give a 120 day buyer protection.

·Sep 18, 2026 at 6:52 AMFrom your feedback am i correct in saying you puchased this bag over a year ago from Japan? If yes then i am afraid you are too late to open an Ebay case etc. In future before you puchase anything it always wise to check a sellers feedback :(

The seller will have to send you a returns label.
Always go through Ebay and not directly with the seller.
