Problems with arranging collection from seller

Hello,
I purchased an item on 14th July and have repeatedly attempted to organise a collection from the seller,
however they have/will not give me an address or time for me to pick it up.
When I tried the report it as not received I am told it is outside the 30 days of arrival time.
I would still like the item, however need help with communicating with the seller.

·Aug 14, 2026 at 11:32 AMDid you pay for it? The seller can only communicate with you after payment has been received. If you did, you would have received a collection code from Ebay to confirm the collection.
I would contact CS, ask for a call back, keep typing 'customer service' into the chat bar. tell them to read all of your messages trying to arrange the collection. They should refund you as the collection was not confirmed.

·Aug 14, 2026 at 11:27 AMAs you are now past the 30 days there will be nothing further that you can do through eBay so you will need to contact your payment provider, if applicable. If you paid with a debit/credit card or used Klarna then you have 120 days from date of purchase to file a Chargeback/open a dispute. If you used PayPal then you have 180 days from date of purchase within which to open an 'Item not received' dispute.
