"Problem with bid"

Whenever I try to bid on something at the moment, I get a popup message titled "Problem with bid" that says:
"Unfortunately, this item cannot be sent to United Kingdom. But don't give up just yet – find similar items offered by other sellers. (5010)"
...with an OK button to click to close it.
Anyone else getting this?

A ticket is open with our tech team for this and its currently being worked on to resolve. While the ticket remains open some users have confirmed they are no longer getting the error message when trying to bid. Please refresh your page to try the bid again.
