Problem Purchase
I purchased an A4 binder from China but when it came it was A5 size. All my complaints get rejected by AI because it does not look at my pictures with a tape measure showing it's actual size. The seller does not accept returns and has only offered my 25% of my cost. How can I get eBay to listen to me!

·1 month agoThink twice about buying from Chinese sellers on private accounts. You have zero consumer protection and as you have found out, it is harder to get your money back.

·1 month agoThey can’t refuse an item not as described case. Only reason you wouldn’t be able to open that is if you used a change of mind reasoning for the return or if it was more than 30 days past delivery (or prior to the last estimated delivery date)
