Potential buyer unable to bid on my listing
I am selling some DVDs by auction and have just had a message from a potential buyer stating they are unable to bid ("I'm trying to bid for these but keep getting an error message"). I want to make sure the fault isn't with my listing - #158240138661. Is it possible to check this? Thanks.

Did the buyer say what the error message was? The listing looks fine. Do you have any buyer requirements set on your account that could be blocking them. If not it may be an issue on their own account and they should contact customer support to have it checked.
