postage queery
Hi,i have been looking to buy a dog crate from a seller
Quite a heavy item and not local to me.
There add is confusing as it says std delivery and dates when to expect it but also says collection
They are new to the bay and have zero feedback which is a worry taking the cost of the item so i have messaged them and received no response
Any ideas how to move forward

That isn't necessarily a concern. Offering both collection and postage of a listing can be fairly common.
If the concern is they won't respond - then move on - but all of us were new to selling at some point and you'd be covered by teh money back guarantee anyway.
Perhaps share the item ID here?
