Postage check out problem
I won the bidding on an item that was listed 'Collection in person available'. As it's just down the road I am trying to click on the option to 'Collect in person' at check out but I'm getting red flagged saying I need to review my order. I've conversed with an agent who says as I've won the bidding I have to pay the postage, and another says it's a glitch in the system and I have to wait to see if they can sort the problem or cancel the order! Anyone else had this problem?

·3 weeks agoGet the seller to send payment details with collection in person, not sure why you can't checkout in this manner, but we have had this odd glitch in the past (not recently)
