Pokemon "Fan art" cards

This has quite possibly already been discussed amongst the community (apologies if so) but I'm concerned by the sheer numbers of the "Fan Art" i.e. Fake Pokemon cards which are being listed.
I'm not concerend with the listing being honest and letting the buyer know they are not the real cards, my concern comes from the potential buyer not being as honest and re-listing as though it's the real thing or even it being an honest mistake by a parent listing their childs cards.
A lot of these fan art cards are copies of high-end and expensive cards. The waters are possibly already muddied with fake cards but it's the sheer numbers I'm seeing of them being listed makes me very concerend about future listings.
This has possibly been happening for a very long time, I just noticed it this morning when so many new listings were these Fan Art versions.

·1 week agoDoes it state in the listing that they're fan art, and are they listed in the Art category instead of the Trading Cards category?

·1 week agoIn my humble opinion I'd imagine people buying these expensive cards are not novices and would on receipt, be able to spot a fake.
Then, eBay's 30 day MBG, Money Back Guarantee comes into play, the buyer is guaranteed a full refund by following that policy, it's written on every listing, aside from Classified ads.
If too many refund cases for item not as described are opened against a seller, this raises red flags to eBay, and they can take action by placing sanctions or bans on the seller's account.
Cases opened are the most effective way to weed out any fake on eBay.
