Order my Apple Gift card on the 31st July 2026 still haven't received it.so can you send me another one out.as your courier delivered it to me and it was a wrong property and wrong Address.and I've taken a picture of my front door and the house number for you to see.the picture you sent me was a different property and Address.so please sort it out it's urgent.thank you

·1 month agoYou are not talking to your seller here but to members like yourself. eBay do not deliver the items either, they are just the selling platform.
If you haven't received the item , open a case for item not received and escalate on day 4 if not refunded beforehand.
Be aware, if the seller enters tracking to show delivery it will close in their favour.
You would then need to prove it was delivered to an incorrect address by contacting CS.
If you need to at a later date, Contacting eBay Customer Services is not easy nowadays to get a live agent , but some have had success using the app, otherwise keep typing in ' I wish to speak to an agent' and this too can work.
Use this link to contact CS, if you can try at 8 a.m. on a weekday morning also more chance there for Dublin to answer.

OPAug 12, 2026 at 1:59 PMI have told them that whoever deleved it put it in a wrong property.because they sent me a picture of where the courier delivered it, but it wasn't my Address or property.i then sent them a picture of my property and the house number on the wall.and they have seen my messages and they couldn't believe it was put in the wrong property.and I'm still waiting for my Apple Gift Card.so I don't know what to do next.something like this has never happened to me before.and it's a lot of money to loose .as I can't afford to lose it as it was for my son 50 the birthday 🎂 💐 he was very upset about it.so can you please help me.thank you
