None received item
How do I get my money back for an item I bought over a year ago but kept being told by the seller it was out of stock or arrived damaged, and now my messages to them keep coming back message failed and their eBay account says clearance sales but I still can't contact the seller

·2 weeks agoYou are out of time to claim though ebay or your funding source. You can't get your money back.
In future don't let sellers run you out of time to use the 30 day ebay money back guarantee.

·2 weeks agoYou don't need to contact the seller just proceed this way:
If a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the item, and the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

OP2 weeks agoHi, I've done that and there's no drop down menu anymore and if I go to the purchased information it only gives me contact the seller and when I do it comes back with message failed, how do I open a case with eBay when it won't give me a drop down menu, he's been putting this off for over a year now and kept saying it was damaged on delivery from his seller or the item was out of stock, when I asked him a couple of months ago for a refund he said he can only give me a choice of the items from his site but there was nothing I wanted, he said he would reorder again and that's the last I heard from him, tried to send messages yesterday and it kept coming back message failed, tried his site that now says clearance sale and tried to message him through that but again it came back message failed

·2 weeks agoUnfortunately the info from tressygirl was incorrect as that only applies to orders where the last estimated delivery date was within the last 30 days.
papso22 is correct in this case - you are out of luck after this amount of time.
