No payment methods available to me, suddenly....
My account is in good order, with a £160 balance. My record stands at 100% reliability. Under 'account settings' I have a debit card and bank account correctly registered for payments. Yet I cannot buy anything: the checkout screens show no pay methods, with everything greyed out. Very frustrating. Any ideas? Thank you.
[tested on four different browsers, on two computers; all caches cleared etc]

OP1 week agoI'm finding that I can still transact purchases, if I make an offer for an item - the automatic payment works if the offer is accepted. But I still cannot make a straightforward purchase at a listed price! Bizarre...

·2 weeks agoHave the same problem but it seems confined to the web. If you can use your mobile app that works, well it worked for me. Im now using my mobile to pay until ebay sort out their problem. Hope this helps.

·2 weeks agoI have been having the same problem, when I contacted eBay yesterday they said they were aware of the problem and were trying to fix it but it is still not working for me. Like you I have a positive balance, a debit card linked to the account and 100% positive feedback as a buyer and a seller so not sure what is happening.
