No Help from Seller for Faulty Item
I purchased a DVD box set on 19th July from a Seller for my mums birthday, and she has only just got around to start watching it and when she did all the discs are crazy, I contacted the seller who requested photos so we took photos of the unwatchable episodes and he then came back and said I was outside my return window and he was sorry there was nothing he could do, I can't seem to find anywhere on ebay to open a case, can anyone advise anything?

·1 week agoThere is nothing you can do via ebay. They allow 30 days for claims and no more. You could try contacting your payment provider.
