Money taken but no record of purchase on ebay
Can anyone help, I recently purchased a pokamon item for my grandson, the payment t came out of my bank account and I waited for delivery. 14 days after the order was placed nothing has arrived. When I checked my eBay orders, there is no record of the purchase but the money has been claimed! Can anyone tell me if this is a scam?

·2 weeks agoWere you logged into your account when you made this purchase? Could you have made the purchase as a guest?
If you did buy as a guest I.m not sure how you would make a not received claim. I suppose you could claim from your bank or however you paid for the item.

·2 weeks agoIt's not a scam but if it's not showing in your eBay Purchases it's more than likely you made a Guest Purchase, your eBay account is not used, and the process for a refund is different, see the link below how to proceed now.
