Missing goods
Bought a product buy 3 get one free. The parcel arrives less the free one. Been
on to seller who promises to send but it never arrives. EBay say because I received parcel albeit one item short that the case is closed. How the heck do you get in touch direct with ebay to complain?

·3 weeks ago · EditedA "not received" case won't work because the tracking shows delivery. You need to open a "not as described" return and if necessary escalate after 4 days.
