Message not allowing me to buy
Ebay UK are not allowing me to buy, I get to place my order, then I get this message, can someone please tell my why and what can I do ??

·3 weeks agoAdding to the correct answer given, do you perhaps live in the islands or Highlands? This can incur extra postage charges if certain couriers are used so a seller may block a member for those reasons.
I can appreciate Kat an eBay community manager, has access to your account and would have spotted non payment strikes, so the block is not for that reason.
You could send the seller a polite message explaining you are seeing this message and wish to buy *** item, if they want to sell to you , they can place you on their buyer exemption list.
If not, it is a case of finding another seller selling this item.

Sellers can set their own preferences on how to manage their transactions. As you may be aware, sellers can manage their transactions in a number of ways. This can include blocking buyers from bidding/buying from them. I appreciate your account may be in good standing and you may have not purchased from the seller before but eBay doesn't control these settings on accounts. It may be best to try and find a similar item from another seller.
