mark as received
I have purchased an item which has been delivered but I am unable to mark it as received - how do i do this? I have also sold an item and my buyer is unable to mark my item as received - any advice?

·1 week agoItems cannot be marked as received. If the tracking has not updated or different postage was used there is nothing you can do. Payment may be held for 14 days, sometimes 30 days if the seller is new, but they will get it in the end.
