·1 month agoWhat problems do you feel that you are having? EBay has many systems in place which deal with most things. As an example I returned an item today so clicked on a link to deal with it. EBay supplied a label and the instant that I took the parcel into the Post Office and had it scanned the money was refunded! Not when it arrived with the seller. What eBay will not do is go outside its rules. EBay probably feels that buyers and sellers abide with its rules rather than the other way around! In addition there are other aspects where alternative routes are available which do not involve eBay. An example is that where eBay's strict 30 day time limit is exceeded the payment provider may help.
