Item received, but eBay still shows it Shipping - so I can't return it.

Bought a Ninja coffee machine from Ninja's ebay store and descaling tablets as an extra item. Both arrived next day via DPD, but the coffee machine has many missing items (not a listing that legitimately has missing parts). So i'm looking to start a Return and the option in eBay does not show because it's not marked as delivered. The Descaling tablets are 'Delivered', but not the coffee machine.
How can I change the shipping status of the coffee machine to "Delivered" from "Paid" so I can begin use the "Return an item" process. DPD tracking shows it delivered, but in eBay's Purchase History listing only the Tablets are "Delivered" whereas the Machine has just the "Paid" dot infilled.
I'm trapped and they have taken payment (although I used a Credit Card as extra protection).

·1 month agoIf it isn't showing as despatched or delivered then you will need to wait until the estimated dare of delivery has passed for the return option to appear.
