Item on tracking but not delivered
I've been waiting on an item for 3 months, it just says item is delayed. I've contacted the seller but no response and Ebay help is useless, you can't select the item you didn't receive after 30 says nor can you report it on Ebay chat. This Is ridiculous!!! Does anyone know how to contact Ebay? I will stop using Ebay because of its useless help and support system.
