I have sent the seller a message but got no reply, I never noticed he has no feedback until I bought it so was too late to stop it.

·3 weeks ago23rd July was only 3 days ago so not reslly surprising that you haven't received it yet (unless it was Next Day delivery with Ssme Day despatch). If you don’t receive it by the last estimated date of delivery shown in the order details then you will be able to open an 'Item not received' claim.

·3 weeks ago · EditedIf they are new sellers it's possible they didn't use ebay postage so the item will not mark as dispatched. But if it does not arrive when the last estimated delivery date has passed open a "not received" case via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. Then escalate it after 3 complete working days.
If it arrives after that you would still be able to open a "not as described" return if that was necessary.
