Item not arrived
Has this happened to anyone else ok so I purchased a item on eBay the item has not arrived it’s been over 10 days of the estimated delivery so I tried to open a undelivered item case and what pops up is a white screen saying oops something went wrong has anyone experienced this before

OP2 weeks agoeBay says buying guarantee protection well I don’t know it says my item was sent on the 1-9-2026 by evri no tracking number was added still not received date is the 16-9-2026 try to open item not received and get a small circle saying oops something went wrong think I might have to stop buying on eBay
