Item delivered is wrong item-cased opened but closed by me and a mistake &How to over ride closed case
I had a delivery that was for a neighbour and it was logged as mine. Mine has been lost, it appears. Evri are not reliable. How do I get a refund after a closed case. I have delivered the neighbour's parcel, but I am without a parcel and a closed case. ( Reason I closed it as the case required me sending back the neihbours parcel) A mess but Im quite upset.

·1 week agoI don't see how the parcel for the neighbour could have been logged as yours. The delivery person must have had your parcel aswell in order to be able to scan it as delivered.
As already stated, you won't be able to do anything further with eBay now so you will need to try contacting your payment provider. Not sure how successful you will be though if the tracking shows as delivered.

OP1 week agoThank you-it is a mess. The item in the image shows that it was not my parcel that was delivered. My delivery is a drop in the ocean with the problem as the person is on another planet with a old camper van as vehicle... ebay! I am not happy because I won't get this niche item, and I am out of pocket.

·1 week agoIf the case is closed, another cannot be opened for the same item ,
Try your payment provider for help with the refund for your missing item.

·1 week agoYes, your Card Issuer if you paid with a debit/credit card or if you used either PayPal or Klarna then you can try opening a dispute with them first.
