InPost
I purchased an item told it would be sent Yodel which then redirected me to Inpost. My parcel supposedly arrived at their centre a week ago but hasn't been delivered and their website tracking merely says 'It's on the road' which it's said for the past week. Has anyone had any dealings with this company and are they as bad as they seem or is it just me?

·2 weeks agoYodel was aquired by InPost - so they are in fact the same company.
I've never had any personal issues, but obviously, its unlikely to just be you either. No courier has as a 100% success rate.
If its gone past your last estimated delivery date on the ebay order in question - just open an Item not received case.
