Let’s try this again! Has anyone else had this message when trying to bid on an item? It seems to be for every item this seller has, however he isn’t responding to my question as to why this is happening. I’ve bought loads from him before and always paid straight away so I can’t see any reason for him to “block” me. Is it the seller doing this or is it an eBay issue?
