I bought two tyers from eBay today and I already paid but seller cancelled my order without my permission Also I checked my bank account I didn’t receive any refund from seller so I would like to complain about this problem?

But seller cancelled my order without my permission
And i still have not received my refund from the seller
I would like to complain about this matter but eBay doesn’t respond my complaint I don’t know why I am unhappy with this issue?

·1 month agoYou did not buy 2 tyres from eBay they are a selling platform, you bought from the seller.
Once eBay notify you the refund is made, being processed, then it's not instantly returned to you, and does go back to original payment source.
If you paid with PayPal it goes back to your PayPal account fairly swiftly.
Paying with a debit / bank card? Can take up to 12 days to appear back in your bank account.
Credit card payment? This takes the longest, up to 30 days to appear back in the card account used.
Have you had that notification from eBay? If not one day after the item's last estimated date for delivery open a case for item not received this way for your refund...
Go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.
