I bought a motorcycle it was listed as payment on collectionand the seller agreed to a couier but now ebay wont allowMe to pay for it through ebay I got ebay to call Me theperson said the only option was to use paypal outsideof ebay and that no help or buyer coverage policy would apply so if it goes wrong im just going to looseout what do I do now.
