How to resolve this order dilemma
Help I bought an item as a guest which did not arrive as the click and collect refused the item so it was sent back to the seller.
I reported and had to respond to the seller but it would not accept my email address????
So i created an account but it does not show the order in that account. now im stuck!!!

·1 month agoDid you use the specific method of claiming when you make a guest purchase? It's set out in the email ebay sent you when you paid.
Guest purchases will never show in an account.
