How to refund?
I bought 2 serum for £139.92 one is OK when I start second one pump don’t work and serum not get out .Seller refused to refund. What I can do please advise what to do!!

·2 weeks agoYou’d need to open a return request for item not as described, though it would have to be within 30 days of delivery.

·2 weeks agoSo you either opened a case that allowed a private seller to reject it, or it was outside the 30 days.
In any event you won’t be able to get a refund via eBay. You could try your payment provider.

·2 weeks agoThe only was a seller can close a return case that is not refund for a faulty item received, is if you opened the case too late, after the 30 day timeline.
Or, you entered the wrong reason for the return, for example Does Not Fit and the seller has a No Returns policy.
Whatever happened you cannot open another case with eBay, but if you are within 120 days of delivery, your payment provider should be able to help.
