·1 month agoOpen a return using "not as described" as the reason. Then you will receive a return postage label paid for by the seller.

·1 month agoCopy and Paste the item photo from original listing ---You need to open an official 'Not as described' (faulty) case within 30 days from item receipt through eBay (seller can't refuse same) and escalate opened case on day 4 onwards --- follow case to completion and do not close on any requests received from seller >
