·2 weeks agoWhen did you open a case? You only have 30 days to raise an issue with Ebay.
Go to the top of the page and in the help bar, type in refund. It should bring up your most recent purchases. Click on the item and it should take you to the case. It will tell you the status of the case so far.

·2 weeks agoOpen a "not received" case via the dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchase history page. Then escalate it to ebay after 3 complete working days.
