Hassle from seller who didn't sell
Summary: fiona2209bulldog shared their experience of a problematic eBay transaction where they were assured an item was sent, but it never arrived. After getting eBay involved, they received a refund and left negative feedback for the seller, who is now persistently emailing to have the feedback removed. roger_roger_over_and_nowt advised that the seller is at fault and provided a link to block communication from such sellers, while papso22 inquired about the nature of the messages.
Recently I won an auction, and for 3 weeks I waited for the seller to send it to me, in that 3 weeks I had been in contact with the seller, who assured me each time that it was on its way and possibly held up by the courier. Eventually my patience 'left the building' and I had to get Ebay involved, they discovered that the seller had no proof of postage and gave me a full refund. I was happy with that, but now after leaving a negative feedback on the item - an item I never received - I am now inundated with emails from the seller asking me to remove the negative as I am causing his business problems, surely he did that himself by not adhering to the rules of the auction, and I might point out that I was not the only customer of his to suffer the same problem.
What can I do to stop these emails or am I in the wrong?

Looking at their feedback page i doubt if they will be selling for much longer.
