·1 week agoHow has seller manipulated the settings? If the tracking does not show delivery you can open a "not received" case after the last estimated delivery date and before 30 days. Click on the More Actions dropdown menu arrow for the item on your purchases list and select on "I didn't recieve it". Escalate to ebay after 3 complete working days.

OP1 week agoSeller advertised U.k fast delivery - The parcel is now coming from TimBuctoo & I required the order delivered within a reasonable amount of time that has now been surpassed.

·1 week agoOn the original listing, what was the last estimated date for delivery?
If a reasonable time passed your item's last estimated date for delivery, and you have not received the item, and the the seller is not being helpful, go right of the item purchased, and from More Actions select.... I Have Not Received My Item.
If you are not fully refunded within 3 days, you must escalate the case on day 4 or within 30 days from opening the case, and eBay will step in and force the refund.
Do not close the case early for any excuse or promise the seller may give, and do not forget to escalate.

·1 week agoMost likely Ebay is the manipulator. They change ETA dates all the time. I have a case "not received," open right now. The ETA dates have changed four times. As it stands now: "The request is on hold...
We've confirmed that your item is on its way to you. We're allowing a little more time for the item to arrive. We'll get back to you by Sat 3 Oct." They, Evri,...have had my package for 17 days. Ebay is a co-conspirator with Evri, etc. Ebay does not give refunds anymore, with the exception of "returns,"...but you have to receive the item first to do that.

·1 week ago · EditedThe date given to you by ebay when you paid cannot change. If you keep looking at the listing it will change. It's the first date that matters.
However, ebay does tend to allow more time when it would be their responsibility to refund the buyer, I.e when the seller has used simple delivery. You will still get a refund if it fails to arrive.

·1 week agoYes, the paid date can not be manipulated. I n my case, ebay is failing to "step in,"......"09:29 - Sat Oct 03
We're sorry, your parcel has been delayed. We'll update your tracking when it's on the way on the next working day."

·1 week agoUpdate from Ebay: "Here’s what you need to know
We’re allowing a little more time for the item to arrive. We’ll get back to you by 8 Oct 2026."...So, Ebay has added another 5 days to ETA until they "step in." That is 10 extra days being given to Evri to deliver. This is becoming fraudulent.
