Evri delivery
Evri delivery just leaves purchases on the doorstep. States they have put in enclosed porch. I haven't got one. Items get stolen. Neither the seller or eBay want to help, as it's marked as delivered. When it obvious it's on a doorstep. Public footpath near.
Anybody else experiencing this.

·2 weeks agoIf no-one is at home to receive the parcel, and the buyer has no safe place/agreeable neighbour, it would be better if Evri would leave a card to arrange redelivery, rather than risk leaving on a doorstep - a parcel could be swiped if you're in the garden/in the bath etc, and don't even realise it's been left...

As a buyer, you have the option to choose click and collect if you are not going to be home to receive a parcel.
You can also check the tracking to see when it is out for delivery. You can also ask for it to be left at a neighbours address.
If you do not have a safe place and live near a public footpath, why do you order items and expect them to still be there when you get home?

·2 weeks agoSpeak to your local delivery driver. Speak to the local depot. Like I've said, use C&C.
Maybe your local tea leaves also know about your cupboard.
It's not the sellers fault or Ebays.

You are right that ebay will see it as delivered and there won't be a refund.
Your best route is to make a claim via your payment provider - who would require more evidence normally and are more likely to side with you if you advise it was stolen
