Evri deliver to parcel shop changed to household
An item I've bought from eBay as delivery to parcel shop was delivered to the shop last Friday.
About an hour after tracking was flagged as delivery to collection point the tracking was updated to Delivered to household.
I tried to collect my item from Parcel shop and was told they hadn't had any deliveries and I needed an eBay QR code for them to look for my item.
I've emailed and phoned eBay and on that phone call on Tuesday I was told they'd email me a collection code by end of that evening.
I've still not received code so I raised an item not received request.
That request was closed almost immediately with a comment that item shows as delivered so they won't do anything.
I'm not sure what to do now as I don't have my item, have no idea where it is and eBay don't seem to care.
