I am a seller and have lost money on 3 items because of error code 5011. I spoke to someone at ebay last night and they don't know what it is. Annoying.
I have had this on just one listing too - I can bid on others but not this one, left it a few days, no change. An error number '5011' occurred while processing the request. (5011)
Try refreshing the page, or try switching devices, if you can, especially if using the app to a laptop / PC with Chrome, clear cache and cookies, see if that helps.
If not, and it's not too late as this is an auction, leave it a while, and try and bid later.
