Ebay tracking information to DHL America not recognised parcel missing.
I have tried everything imaginable to locate my purchase, Ebay sent tracking information to me on 1st May, it has not moved since ,
DHL America, have no record of it, and Ebay cannot now trace it either, Where on Earth Can my Purchase have gone ? any ideas folks ?

If you cannot locate the order on your account its possible you may have purchased it as a guest account. See the details here on how to access guest orders. Its likely that will already be outside the eBay Money Back Guarantee 30-day window, depending on the estimated delivery date.
