ebay putting costs on cosotmers to return faulty goods
why is ebay forcing its costumers to purchase printers and ink and paper to be able to send items back that is not as described or is faulty or damaged.
Putting extra cost onto the buyers will just force people to stop using ebay as nobody should be forced to pay for other companies mistakes or faults.
If thier sellers are not forced to send the returns labels i will stop purchasing from ebay its that simple as i am not being forced to pay for other peoples mistakes.

I like 1000s of others don't have the facility to print and yes I agree I shall be thinking of purchasing from elsewhere as I'm not buying a printer!!!!.... And you can't request a QR code I have not found a facility to do so!!!

·3 weeks agoIt isn’t generally. It’s scanned at the location you drop it off at (either lockers, post office or Evri accepting shop) and they print the label.
You do as you point out need a smart phone or a device with a screen that you can get to the shop.
What have you actually been sent?
