Ebay AI needs fine tuning!
AI is alive and well working on Ebay disputes. It's as much use as the proverbial chocolate fireguard. When it understands the nuances of the English language and reacts accordingly then I may use Ebay again. This relates to a pure con trick by a seller using misrepresentation that is simply not understood by the Ebay AI tool. Ah well back to John Lewis!
